After quite some time, without concentrated training, it is about time - having the right place, the right venue, the right gear - and the right people around me, to get moving. My attempt of circumnavigating Denmark, is getting closer and closer, and getting in shape is of course, a vital part of it becoming a success.

For lidt over et år siden, lovede jeg mig selv - og mange andre - at holde mig væk fra km-racet/km-statistikken i den kommende sæson. Det har jeg holdt til punkt og prik, men kun en måned tilbage af denne sæson, så jeg var ude at mærke efter..... havde en rigtig fin tur.
Last year I promised myself - and lots of others - that I would stay away from collecting km's in this season. I have lived up to my promise, but with just one month left of this season, I went out for a taste of old times ..... I had a great spin in the Searocket kayak......
