En rigtig god time i fitness centeret....

ENDOMONDO " a short trip, for reaching the 600km .... " Kanon go vægttraining med min søn....
" A really good hour in the gym with my son.... " Der er nu gået en lang tid siden jeg har givet den lidt gas, mest har jeg roet tempo med lav intensitet. I dag var, som så tit vindstille på andedammen. For at teste lidt hvorhen jeg lå satte jeg pulsen lidt op, de første 6km. Når jeg kigger på hastighedskurven fra Endomondo, ligger jeg med 10km++ i timen - med 75% intensitet synes jeg, at det er helt fint....
ENDOMONDO " It's been quite a long time since I have been speeding in the Empower, mostly I have been paddling with low intensity. Today there was no wind at al on Alssund, so I decided to move my pulse a bit higher up for the first 6km - crusing with a speed of 10km++ pr. hour I was quite happy. On my way back I paddled the usual low intensity and my speed was a steady 9km++ pr. hour...." Fik en rigtig fin tur i gode bølger syd på, fik så rundet af på Andedammen...
ENDOMONDO "A really good trip in some great waves in the south, finished the trip on Alssund.... " Efter tre hårde træningsdage i rap, var det på tide at tage en vel fortjent hviledag
