På vej tilbage holdt skulle jeg holde gennemsnits hastighed på 11,5km/t og efter hver 500m - lave en 100m sprint med 12,5+ i timen.... det gik fint

With almost no current in Alssund, I did 2x6km with focus on puls and speed, both went very well, and I was quite happy with the results, see links above to both my trips. Especially the second one was fun to make, as I sprinted for 100m after each 500m - in most cases I could hold a speed of 13km+
